As a Senior SAP ISU (CRM+ABAP+ODATA+FIORI) Lead, your role involves leading the design and implementation of SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP for seamless integration with existing systems. Your responsibilities include: - Overseeing the development and deployment of SAP CRM Web Services to enhance customer relationship management processes. - Providing technical expertise in SAP CRM Middleware for efficient data exchange between systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for SAP solutions. - Developing and maintaining technical documentation for SAP Mobile Solutions, SAP CRM Web Services, and SAP CRM Middleware. - Ensuring scalability and performance of SAP solutions to meet the growing needs of the Utilities domain. - Conducting regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize SAP solutions. - Mentoring and guiding junior team members in SAP technologies and best practices. - Staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. - Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP solutions in a timely manner. - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of SAP solutions to enhance business processes. Qualifications required for this role: - Strong experience in SAP Mobile Solutions using SUP. - Domain knowledge in Utilities to understand industry-specific requirements. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Expertise in SAP CRM Web Services and SAP CRM Middleware. - Proficiency in technical documentation and system design. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
