Senior SAP Developer (Abap/Fiori)

Role Overview: As a Senior SAP Developer at Papigen, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing SAP solutions, and supporting mission-critical systems with minimal downtime. Your role will involve collaborating closely with IT Operations, business stakeholders, and offshore teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP applications and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and deliver solutions in the SAP ecosystem. - Coordinate day-to-day activities across onshore and offshore teams (Chennai & HQ). - Develop and customize SAP FIORI applications in line with business needs. - Design and implement ODATA services including CRUD operations and deep entity handling. - Work with SAP ABAP on S/4 HANA, utilizing CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, and ABAP Classes. - Perform code reviews, bug fixes, unit testing, and integration testing. - Optimize code performance and ensure adherence to bank coding and security standards. - Prepare low-level design documentation, unit testing plans, and technical specifications. - Support solution architecture clearance from the Office of Information Security. - Collaborate with business analysts and technical leads to convert business requirements into technical deliverables. - Maintain effective communication and coordination between Chennai teams and HQ stakeholders. Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience as an SAP Developer in large-scale enterprise environments. - Proven expertise in SAP FIORI UI application development, ODATA services, and SAP ABAP on S/4 HANA. - Strong knowledge of UI/UX concepts, SAP FIORI design guidelines, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). - Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and documentation. - Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
