Description
As a SAP BODS Consultant at KPMG in India, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and leadership for SAP systems. Your responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the SAP environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability. Additionally, you will be actively involved in system installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, backup and recovery, user administration, transport management, and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP BODS and hands-on expertise in ETL tools such as SAP BODS and Azure Data Factory. You must have successfully delivered at least one end-to-end data migration BODS engagement involving multiple entities and countries. Strong knowledge of pre-sales proposal building and effort estimations is essential, along with excellent communication skills and proficiency in team management. The ideal candidate for this position should be open to traveling to national and international locations as required. Qualifications for this role include a Graduation (BCOM, BE / BTech, IT-related education) or Post Graduation (MBA / PGDM / MCA / MTech) degree. ICWA/CA Final qualification is also considered a plus. Problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, creativity, and a can-do attitude are highly valued attributes for this role. You should possess strong analytical skills, incident resolution capabilities, critical thinking abilities, and quality decision-making skills. Proficiency in English communication, excellent interpersonal communication, and user support management skills are expected. While not mandatory, SAP Certification is preferred for this role.
