Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud modules.
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases based on business requirements.
Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (using any tool/language of choice).

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud testing.
Proficiency in using any automation testing tool (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, UFT, or equivalent).
Scripting skills in any programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
Good understanding of testing processes, bug life cycle, and QA methodologies.
Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
