Senior Salesforce Developer - Aura Framework

About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components
• Customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, dashboards, and workflows
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams to understand and implement requirements
• Perform code reviews and follow Salesforce best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve existing solutions
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, tools, and platform updates
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes related to Salesforce deployments
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Practical knowledge of Salesforce Flows & Declarative Tools
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodology
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) certification is mandatory
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II / Architect track certifications
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and governance
