Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Requirement:

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on customization, integrations, and automation.
• Proven experience working with AgentForce or similar field service management solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce data model design, workflows, process builder, and flows.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permissions.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator).
• Experience in customizing Salesforce for logistics, field operations, or workforce management.
• Exposure to Salesforce DX, automated testing frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines.
