Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support UAT activities, validate solutions, and ensure they meet business expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing current processes and recommending Salesforce enhancements.
• Provide training, documentation, and support for newly implemented features or processes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to establishing BA standards and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years working specifically in Salesforce environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, data model, automation tools, and platform capabilities.
• Proven expertise in writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Experience supporting Salesforce implementation, migration, or large enhancement projects.
• Background in functional consulting or CRM transformation initiatives.
