Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Agency-Varanasi

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, your main objective is to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the territory and support the existing partner base. Your responsibilities include Agency Channel Development by sourcing POS Agents according to the agreed mix and policy, coordinating with Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conducting induction training, maintaining the mix of new and existing agents/POS, and developing strategies to reach various market segments. You will also be responsible for Agency Channel Management by monitoring Agent performance, maintaining a high active percentage of POS, controlling attrition of POS Agents, ensuring high productivity of team and POS, and managing the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Channel Servicing duties include reconciliation of partner accounts, coordination with all departments, and ensuring profitability by working on market dynamics, managing loss ratios, and providing feedback for internal improvement. Compliance & Hygiene tasks involve ensuring compliance with external bodies and authorities, internal compliance, managing cheque bounce recovery, and business pendency. Your role will require experience in agency sales in the insurance sector. Additionally, you may have other responsibilities as per the KPI and growth factors set for the role.,
