Senior Sales Manager / Business Development Manager - Agency - Noida

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager reporting to the Area Sales Manager/Cluster Manager, your objective is to develop and manage the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the territory and support the existing partner base. Your responsibilities include Agency Channel Development, which involves sourcing POS Agents, coordinating with the Operations team for licensing, conducting induction training, and maintaining a mix of new and existing agents/POS. You will need to develop and execute strategies to reach various market segments. In terms of Agency Channel Management, you will monitor Agent performance, maintain a high active percentage of POS, control attrition, ensure high productivity, and manage channel engagement. Channel Servicing will involve reconciling partner accounts, coordinating with departments, and working on profitability by managing loss ratios. Compliance & Hygiene are crucial aspects of the role, as you will be required to ensure compliance with external bodies and internal regulations, manage cheque bounce recovery, and handle business pendency. Additionally, you will be expected to provide feedback on market dynamics for internal improvement. The ideal candidate should have experience in agency sales within the insurance sector.
