• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery as per their needs.

• Provide detailed product knowledge (gold, diamond, platinum, gemstones, etc.).

• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales.

• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns as per company policies.

Sales Achievement

• Meet individual and team sales targets.

• Support in achieving showroom revenue goals.

• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure counters and displays are well-maintained and stocked.

• Follow proper procedures for handling stock, pricing, and security.

• Maintain grooming standards, dress code, and etiquette.

• Assist in visual merchandising and promotional campaigns.

Senior Sales Executive Additional Duties

• Mentor and guide junior sales staff on sales techniques and customer handling.

• Handle high-value customers and complex sales queries.

• Support Floor Manager in monitoring daily floor operations.

• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
