Senior Sales Executive

We are hiring experienced candidates in the field of Building Materials (Sanitary, Plumbing, Hardware, Tiles & Paints or Plywood or Electrical items).

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in building materials industry.
• Must own a Two vehicle and be willing to travel regularly.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit the market daily, covering assigned areas.
• Appoint Distributors and Primary Dealers in each district or town.
• Achieve monthly primary sales targets set by the company.
• Ensure secondary sales targets are met through appointed distributors.
• Expand the retail network and grow business in the assigned geographical area (both primary and secondary partners).
• Meet monthly payment collection targets.
• Implement promotional activities to boost brand visibility:
• Conduct in-shop plumber meetings regularly.
• Carry out shop branding activities.
• Distribute dealer certificates.
• Launch and manage sales promotional schemes.
• Distribute gifts for sales schemes and during special festivals or events.
