Senior Sales Executive - Jewellery

The ideal candidate should have min 3 years previous experience as a Sales Executive in Gold, Jewellery, Gems Industry will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Responsibilities

• Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective and Corporate customers.
• Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
• Up selling, Cross Selling to potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
• Collaborate with sales leaders
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Reach out to customer leads through follow ups.
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
• Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent or relevant experience
• 3 to 5+years' of sales experience
