Senior Sales Coordinator (Female)

As a Sales Coordinator at our manufacturing and automation company based in Coimbatore, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operations of our Pan India sales. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients and internal teams for various projects, including window automation, imported spare parts, and home automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sales orders and customer requirements nationwide - Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely deliveries - Handle customer communication and follow-ups effectively - Assist in processing orders and managing documentation for imported spare parts - Maintain sales performance data on CRM or Excel sheets - Liaise with logistics and production teams for seamless execution - Prepare and share sales reports and performance dashboards with management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field - 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or support role, preferably in manufacturing or automation - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and coordination skills In addition to the job requirements, the company offers a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary package that includes the current CTC plus a 15% hike. The work schedule is during the day shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. You must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, as the work location is in person.
