Senior Sales Coordinator (Female)

As a Sales Coordinator at our manufacturing/automation company based in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Pan India sales operations. Your proactive and organized approach will be essential in coordinating with clients and internal teams for various projects, particularly focused on window automation, imported spare parts, and home automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sales orders and customer requirements nationwide - Support the sales team by managing schedules, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely deliveries - Handle customer communication and follow-ups effectively - Assist in processing orders and managing documentation for imported spare parts - Maintain accurate data on CRM or Excel sheets to track sales performance - Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure seamless execution - Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance dashboards to the management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or support role, preferably in the manufacturing or automation sector - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication and coordination skills If you are a proactive individual with strong coordination abilities and a background in sales support, we encourage you to apply for this full-time, permanent Sales Coordinator position.
