The Sales Compensation Analyst provides support to the Sales Compensation Business Partners. This position will be located in Skillsofts Center of Excellence in India. The analyst will be responsible for providing support across a wide array of sales compensation disciplines in accordance with the departments operating model.
Structure:
The analyst will report directly to the Senior Manager Global Sales Compensation for performance management and development purposes. Work direction, supervision and training will be provided by Business Partners in a dotted-line reporting structure. Analysts may be tasked with specific point responsibilities, but may be called on to provide support across the entire function
