We’re Hiring: Senior Sales Advisor – AK Clinics

Location: Ludhiana
Timings: 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a dedicated Telesales / Senior Sales Advisor to connect with potential and existing patients, assist them with clinic-related queries, and encourage them to book consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads into walk-in patients.
• Update patient information and follow-ups on CRM.
• Address inquiries about services, treatments, and procedures.
• Maintain daily call records and participate in team meetings.
• Follow scripts and ensure excellent patient service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Freshers or candidates with 2+ years of experience in telecalling/sales/counseling preferred.
• Friendly, patient-oriented, and organized.
