Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior RPA Developer with 46 years of experience in automation development using Microsoft Power Platform and AI/ML technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI capabilities, and mentoring junior developers in best practices and solution delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of complex automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities using AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services, or custom ML models.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them on solution design and implementation.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to development standards.
• Develop and manage reusable components and connectors for enterprise-wide use.
• Monitor and optimize performance of existing automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment, testing, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows), Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of AI Builder and Azure Cognitive Services for integrating AI/ML capabilities.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs, web services, and external data sources.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in performance tuning of automation workflows.
• Good understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience with version control tools like Azure DevOps, GIT
• Exposure to scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, R, VBA, LinQ.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in RPA and intelligent automation development.
• Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform and AI/ML technologies are highly desirable.
