Senior RPA Developer - Full Remote - contractor in USD

For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a full remote Senior RPA Developer with +8 years of development experience in Front-End development and strong knowledge of RPA (Automation Anywhere), finance and accounting systems/ functionalities and integration methodologies.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Work on end-to-end RPA lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance;
• Develop and Implement necessary objects and BOTs needed for automating the use cases;
• Collaborating with business analysts and developers to design and implement RPA solutions;
• Identifying and prioritizing RPA opportunities within the Finance function and other relevant areas;
• Ensuring the scalability and security of RPA solutions;
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure RPA solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices and security standards;
• Participate in technical reviews and testing of RPA solutions;
• Monitor and track technical risks and issues related to RPA implementations;
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation for RPA solutions;
• Ensure proper handoff of RPA solutions to support and maintenance teams;

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• +8 years of development experience and strong knowledge of RPA (Automation Anywhere), finance and accounting systems/ functionalities and integration methodologies;
• Deep understanding of leading RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere & Power Automate) is a must;
• Proficiency in advanced RPA development techniques, including complex workflows, exception handling, and error management;
• Knowledge of platform architecture, infrastructure requirements, and scalability;
• Excellent knowledge of integrating RPA tools with databases, Open AI components, Applications like SAP and other COTS product is a must;
• Experience in developing large-scale applications in finance and accounting domains is necessary;
• Strong understanding of programming concepts and languages;
• Knowledge of cloud-based RPA deployments and management;
• Experience in identifying automation opportunities and assessing their feasibility;
• Experience in creating technical design documents and architecture diagrams;
• Ability to evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools and technologies;
• Knowledge of security and compliance requirements;
• Fluent in English;
