Senior Risk Analyst - Decision Analytics

Your key responsibilities will include leading the development and optimization of global decisioning strategies, ensuring positive outcomes for customers while maintaining an acceptable risk level, exploring new data sources to enhance decisioning policy, collaborating with risk stakeholders, and working closely with the Machine Learning team on predictive model life cycles. To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of analytical experience, a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, a proactive approach to driving initiatives, attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
