Senior Revenue Controller

Role Overview: At EG, you will be part of a team developing industry-specific software to help customers focus on their profession. As a Senior Revenue Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial operations, particularly in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Group Controlling functions. Key Responsibilities: - Establish the Revenue Controlling function to monitor cash streams and financial completeness across the Group. - Develop and refine revenue controlling processes to optimize financial practices and data flows. - Coordinate tasks with Nordic colleagues, handling administrative controlling tasks related to invoicing, cash collection, and financial completeness. - Implement and report KPIs related to invoicing, cash collection, and financial completeness for operational efficiency and strategic planning. - Work closely with Treasury and Financial Business Partnering to improve Net Working Capital and optimize cash flow. Qualifications Required: - 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, revenue controlling, or accounting in an international environment. - Fluent in English with strong communication skills. - Strong controlling mindset with expertise in revenue streams and financial accuracy. - Experience in financial control and compliance, ideally within international standards such as IFRS. - Proven ability in revenue controlling, ensuring completeness of invoicing and structured financial reporting. - Strong analytical skills translating financial data into actionable recommendations. - Expertise in ERP systems to integrate financial processes and optimize related tools. - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in Shared Service Centers or similar financial environments with a strong understanding of compliance standards and financial operations. - Proactive and strategic mindset capable of developing a newly established function.
