We are looking for a driven Revenue Controller to strengthen our finance team and ensure robust revenue assurance across domestic and international markets. Role Overview: The Revenue Controller will be responsible for overseeing revenue assurance, collection analysis, and export invoicing while leveraging data analytics to drive insights and ensure accuracy in reporting. This role demands strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and experience in revenue management, ideally in FMCG or e-commerce-driven environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day revenue recognition, monitoring, and collection analysis. Ensure compliance with revenue assurance and controlling processes across domestic and export operations. Oversee export invoicing and support international finance operations. Drive data analytics initiatives to extract insights, detect anomalies, and support business decisions. Monitor and control revenue from online sales platforms, especially for FMCG/e-commerce channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain) to streamline revenue processes and optimize working capital. Ensure timely reporting of revenue KPIs, MIS, and dashboards to leadership. Assist in audit, compliance, and risk management related to revenue and collections. Qualifications & Experience: Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience. Proven expertise in Revenue Assurance / Revenue Controlling in a growth-focused organization. Experience in export invoicing and international financial compliance is highly desirable. Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Exposure to online sales revenue models in FMCG / consumer tech / e-commerce is preferred. We are currently seeking a Senior Revenue Controller to join our expanding Finance Functions team in Mangalore, India. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring transparency and providing detailed insights into cash flow and revenue streams. Your expertise in finance, particularly in areas such as Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Group Controlling, will be instrumental in guaranteeing the accuracy of invoicing and facilitating knowledge sharing with Financial Business Partnering (FBP) and Group Controlling. Collaborating closely with various teams including Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Treasury, FBP, and Controlling teams in India and Denmark, you will focus on implementing an analytical approach to cash applications, invoicing, and cash collection. Your role will involve optimizing existing workflows, aligning them with EG's financial structure, and enhancing overall efficiency to ensure completeness of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Establishing the Revenue Controlling function to monitor cash streams and financial completeness. - Developing and refining revenue controlling processes to integrate efficient financial practices. - Coordinating tasks with Nordic colleagues to support administrative controlling tasks. - Implementing and reporting KPIs related to invoicing, cash collection, and financial completeness. - Understanding and improving Net Working Capital in collaboration with Treasury and FBP. Ideal Candidate Profile: - 5-7 years of experience in financial controlling, revenue controlling, or accounting in an international setting. - Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. - Strong controlling mindset with expertise in revenue streams and financial accuracy. - Experience in financial control and compliance, preferably in international standards like IFRS. - Proven ability to work with revenue controlling, structured financial reporting, and ERP systems. - Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in Shared Service Centers or similar financial environments. - Proactive and strategic mindset to develop a newly established function. Job Description- The Revenue Controller is responsible for overseeing the accurate recognition, reporting, and analysis of revenue streams in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. This role ensures the integrity of revenue-related financial data, supports forecasting and budgeting processes, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue performance and compliance.
