Job Description

Job Title: Senior Resident General Surgery

Location:

Senior Resident in General Surgery

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical care in General Surgery OPD, IPD, ICU, and Emergency.
Assist and perform surgeries under guidance of faculty.
Manage pre-operative and post-operative surgical patients.
Participate in academic activities, clinical rounds, seminars, and case discussions.
Maintain records, documentation, and patient progress notes.
Ensure emergency surgical coverage as per duty roster.
Adhere to hospital protocols and NMC guidelines.
Assist faculty in teaching activities for UG/PG students

Eligibility (As per NMC Norms)

MBBS + MS/DNB (General Surgery)
from a recognized Medical College/University.
Valid
NMC Registration
and state medical council registration.
Fresh post-graduates may also apply.

Strong clinical and surgical skills.
Ability to manage emergencies and critical cases.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work in rotational duties.
Ethical, disciplined, and patient-centric approach.
