Job Description

Key Responsibilities Execute molecular biology activities including gene cloning in plasmids for platform processes, Develop in-house vectors, apply advanced molecular biology techniques to support research objectives Conduct cell culture activities including transfection, minipool development, and cell cloning Perform clone characterization and media optimization for product development Execute early product characterization as outlined in cell line development plans Utilize state-of-the-art techniques and platform processes for cell culture operations Demonstrate expertise in vector engineering and cell line engineering with in-depth knowledge Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards Support cell banking and cell bank characterization activities for both mammalian and microbial clones Provide technical support to Cell Factory Team (CFT) operations Train, supervise, and manage peer scientists and technicians as required Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members Support knowledge transfer and skill development initiatives Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
