As a Senior Research Engineer (Natural Language Processing) at Crimson AI, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to building a unique research platform and products to assist researchers in various stages of their research process. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and implement the best data-driven methodologies that align with the product requirements. Here's what is expected from you: - Design, develop, and implement advanced data-driven approaches such as NLP, machine learning algorithms, and text mining. - Stay updated with recent and past research works relevant to the field. - Work on NLP-ML model deployment and updates. - Focus on optimized algorithm and code design & execution. - Emphasize high-quality Test-driven development. - Estimate deadlines accurately. - Conduct benchmarking activities. To excel in this role, you should have demonstrated solid research engineering skills in NLP problems through platforms like Kaggle, Github opensource popular projects, or Google Summer of Code (GSoC). You should also have a strong foundation in mathematics & statistics, proficiency in Tensorflow/Keras/Pytorch, Python programming, RDBS and NoSQL databases, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, RESTful API, micro-server architecture, NLP libraries, ML libraries, text manipulations, regex, and text cleaning. Additionally, expertise in Cython/C/C++ and publications at A+/A level venues would be considered an added advantage.
