You will be joining Crimson AI as a Senior Research Engineer (Natural Language Processing) with at least 2 years of NLP production-level experience. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing the best data-driven methodologies in alignment with the product requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing advanced data-driven approaches utilizing NLP, machine learning algorithms, text mining, and more. It is essential to stay updated with recent and relevant research works, working on NLP-ML model deployment and updates, optimizing algorithm and code design, conducting high-quality Test-driven development, estimating deadlines accurately, and benchmarking. To excel in this role, you must have demonstrated solid research engineering skills in NLP problems through platforms such as Kaggle, popular GitHub open-source projects, or Google Summer of Code (GSoC). A strong foundation in mathematics and statistics, specifically in linear algebra, probability theory, regression modeling, and mathematical logic, is essential. Proficiency in Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, Python, Python frameworks, ASGI servers, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, OOP concepts, RESTful API, micro-server architecture, NLP libraries, ML libraries, text manipulations, regex, and text cleaning is also required. An added advantage would be proficiency in Cython, C, C++, and having publications in top-tier venues.
