Senior React JS Developer

Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior React Developer with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of building high-performance, user-friendly web applications. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about frontend technologies and is eager to work on high-traffic, customer-facing platforms for a major enterprise client. The successful candidate will lead the development of responsive, mobile-first web applications using React and modern web technologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable React-based web applications with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Build Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) optimized for mobile and desktop users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, business analysts, and backend developers.
• Lead all phases of the development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Develop architectural prototypes and contribute to technical strategy. • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices in UI development.
• Analyze risks, propose mitigation strategies, and suggest improvements to existing processes and technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including wireframes and data models.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in React.js development. • Proven track record of building high-traffic, public-facing responsive web applications.

• Hands-on experience developing Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Experience in the entire SDLC including design, implementation, deployment, and support.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
