Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement discussions and backlog prioritization with Product and Business stakeholders
• Estimate and own delivery tasks including design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and documentation
• Automate build, deployment, and operational processes for efficiency
• Drive technical trade-off discussions and decision-making within the team
• Report progress, identify risks, and manage mitigation plans for owned components
• Integrate services with a focus on enhancing customer experience
• Present demos and facilitate acceptance discussions with Product Owners
• Understand and optimize end-to-end technical architecture and dependencies
• Promote and enforce adoption of coding standards, frameworks, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and assist in automation efforts
• Identify process improvement opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies
• Address VAPT and SonarQube issues as required
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience as a React.js developer with strong hands-on skills in:
• React.js, Redux, Webpack, Flux, Enzyme
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES, ES6)
• Experience in UI design and JSON-based component configuration
• Familiarity with performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest
• Proficiency in browser-based debugging and performance optimization
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
