Senior R&D Engineer - Electronics

Role Overview: As a Senior R&D Engineer (Electronics) at KYOCERA AVX Components (New Delhi) Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering advanced electronics projects. While you won't be managing a large team, you will lead technical projects and drive innovation in cross-functional environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop electronic sensors for automotive applications such as speed sensors, pedal modules, position sensors, and ABS sensors - Evaluate customer requirements and align designs with electrical functionality standards on a global scale - Review and optimize electronic schematics and PCB designs for cost and time efficiency - Lead layout and PCB panel design to ensure technical compliance with EMC/EMI requirements and manufacturability - Conduct calculations, analysis, and evaluations to ensure high-quality and robust circuit design - Create and validate product specifications, including electrical requirements and EMC/EMI tests - Lead and moderate development processes like APQP and FMEA, as well as internal procedures or documentations - Lead prototype build and qualification in terms of EMC/EMI and environmental robustness - Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders in cross-functional teams - Lead task tracking, planning, and delegation within the project team Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's or higher degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred) - Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in automotive process and product development, coordinating project activities globally, circuit design, sensor technology, and PCB assembly - Knowledge: Expertise in hardware PCB design for automotive sensors, automotive sensing technologies, EMI/EMC standards, and FTA analysis - Skills: Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design, Altium Designer, LTSpice, CST Studio Suite, multi-layer PCB design, signal integrity optimization, documentation, and BOM creation - Attributes: Outgoing, adaptable, collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, willingness to travel domestically and internationally If you are interested, please send your detailed application, including your salary expectations and earliest possible starting date.
