Senior R&D Design Engineer

As a design engineer focusing on new product development, your role will involve finding creative solutions to design problems, developing design standards, and specifying advanced analytical techniques to create innovative products. Your responsibilities will include: - Thoroughly researching new materials and processes to enhance product design - Performing feasibility analysis on design plans - Managing a team of design engineers and providing technical guidance and mentorship - Reviewing analysis reports and checking engineers" calculations and drawings - Providing hands-on prototype build support and testing - Collaborating with project managers and engineering teams to integrate design and enhance product specifications - Maintaining thorough records of project data, design revisions, and client feedback - Resolving problems or inconsistencies during the design, testing, and manufacturing stages In addition to the above responsibilities, you should have knowledge in Jigs & fixtures, SPM, Industrial automation, and Automotive design. It's essential to stay updated on dynamic design engineering trends and cutting-edge technologies in the field. Proficiency in SolidWorks software is also required for this role. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering - Experience: 2 to 8 years Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and a performance bonus.
