Quantity Surveyor:
-Previous experience of handling CPWD, PSU works shall be given priority. Should have minimum 8 years of total buildings experience.
-Should be able to identify scope of work, issue work orders, Purchase Orders.
-Should be able to do timely reconciliations, prepare rate analysis, planning and schedule, Client Bill, Subcontractor bills
-Should coordinate with the Project Manager, HO, Site team and Client team for smooth coordination
