Senior Quality Control Executive

Role Overview: - You will be responsible for maintaining all reports in both soft and hard copy formats as per the BIS standards to ensure their availability at all times. - Sending out the daily production report, including machinery parameters, formulation details, raw material consumption, and wastage via email on a daily basis. - Maintaining a complaint handling sheet and providing an immediate and effective response to the marketing team upon receiving any complaints. - Ensuring that all testing equipment is in proper working condition at all times. - Taking full responsibility for the quality of pipes and ensuring that all pipes are manufactured according to the set standards. - Suggesting improvements to the production team periodically. Qualification Required: - Diploma qualification. - At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control in PVC Pipes Manufacturing Business. - A total of 3 years of work experience.
