Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all quality control (QC) activities at the high-rise construction site.
Ensure adherence to approved
quality plans, method statements, and project specifications
.
Inspect
materials, workmanship, and processes
for RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Conduct and supervise
on-site tests
(concrete, cube, slump, steel, aggregates, etc.).
Maintain detailed records of
material approvals, test results, and inspection reports
.
Implement and monitor
WIRs (Work Inspection Requests)
and
MIRs (Material Inspection Requests)
.
Review
construction drawings and ensure execution as per design standards
.
Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and third-party labs for quality-related inspections and audits.
Lead
root cause analysis
for NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
Ensure
IS codes and relevant international standards
are followed at all construction stages.
Prepare and submit
daily/weekly quality reports
to project management.
Support the QA/QC Manager in conducting
internal audits, snagging, and final handover inspections
.
