Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Hedera is a revolutionary proof-of-stake public Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) network that is fast emerging as the gold standard in DLT for enterprise-grade solutions and decentralized applications (dApps). We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented QA Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.

Your responsibilities includeDesign, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases to thoroughly evaluate software functionality, performance, and usabilityReview requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to providetimelyand meaningful feedbackCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders toidentifysystem requirements and resolve issuesPlan and coordinate testing activities, including estimating, prioritizing, and scheduling QA tasksIdentify, document, and track bugs and defects usingappropriate toolsand methodologiesDevelop andmaintaintest plans, test scripts, and other QA documentationPerformvarious typesof testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testingAnalyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to the development team and management.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testingStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesProficiencyin at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Typescript)Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)Familiarity with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communicationand interpersonal abilitiesDesired SkillsISTQB Certified Tester or other relevant QA certificationsExperience with continuous integration and version control systemsKnowledge of performance testing and security testing techniquesFamiliarity with API testing and database testingWhat we offerA unique opportunity to be a part of the worldleading DLT ecosystemSignificant career growth potential in afast growingsectorWorking with colleagues and on projects across the globeOpen and direct communication, flat structuresFlexible working hoursCompetitive salary package ","
