Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Snapmint's Web and Mobile applications as a Senior QA Engineer. Your role will involve analyzing software to prevent issues, fixing bugs before product dispatch, and upholding overall system quality for a nation-wide scale operation. Here is what is required for this position: - B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related domain with 3-5 years of experience. - Testing complex API, web, and mobile-based applications referencing database back-end systems. - Creating and maintaining automated test cases, executing test suites, reviewing and diagnosing reported bugs, and ensuring system quality before customer release. - Designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated test suites for continuous integration. - Collaborating with engineering teams to derive testing requirements throughout the development cycle. - Reproducing, debugging, and isolating problems, verifying fixes, and working with software developers to create necessary software artifacts. - Working in a disciplined agile environment with internal partner engineering teams. - Estimating testing tasks, displaying an excellent team attitude, and mentoring junior team members in the QA team. - Proficiency in Java/Python coding and strong experience in API testing, particularly RESTful.
