Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Selenium

Work Timings : 1 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM (Should be flexible) We are seeking a QA Tester - Automation to work on testing efforts of our automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our RPA and AI implementations by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies. This role involves close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to validate solution functionality, identify defects, and ensure smooth deployment into production. A strong understanding of automation platforms is essential for this position. Role and Responsibilities : - Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand automation use cases and solution flows. - Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans for RPA workflows (primarily built using UiPath). - Implement and manage automated testing using UiPath Test Suite and integrate with Orchestrator. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for automation solutions. - Identify and log defects; work with the development team to resolve them and re-validate fixes. - Ensure test coverage and traceability through proper documentation. - Participate in UAT support and production validation activities. - Provide feedback and contribute to continuous testing process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 5+ years of experience in QA Testing, with at least 12 years in RPA testing. - Strong understanding and experience with UiPath, including - UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Test Suite - Knowledge of test automation frameworks, scripting, and debugging. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test management tools. - Ability to understand business processes and translate them into test scenarios. - Excellent analytical and communication skills. Nice to Have : - UiPath Test Suite Certification (preferred but not mandatory). - Experience testing solutions involving Gen AI, APIs, or integrations with third-party systems. - Exposure to Agile methodology and working in cross-functional teams. - Bug Tracking and Reporting in Jira. - Working experience on Application testing using test automation tool like - Selenium , Playwright, TestRail etc. Education & Certifications : - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field - Certification in QA if any
