Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test to join our team. As a Software Test Engineer specializing in functional testing with expertise in Selenium and other automation testing tools, particularly using Python, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver robust and high-performing software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.
• Develop and execute robust automated test suites for APIs, web applications, and ML components.
• Validate RESTful/GraphQL APIs for correctness, performance, security, and integration with databases.
• Ensure high-quality releases by integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines and owning test coverage across the SDLC.
• Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter or Locust to identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and ML engineers to define quality standards and improve testability.
• Lead the validation of ML workflows for accuracy, reproducibility, and data integrity.
• Monitor test outcomes, create reports/dashboards, and communicate risks, regressions, or failures effectively.
• Champion shift-left testing practices (TDD/BDD) and mentor junior QA engineers on best practices.
• Take ownership of quality for feature releases, drive continuous improvements, and uphold a user-centric QA mindset.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Engineer in Test.
• Have a quality-first mindset and can deep dive into code for unit testing.
• Have developed Test Automation Framework using tools i. e., Selenium, Python, TestNG, PyTest.
• Have worked on Web Application/s and Machine Learning applications as SDET/QE.
• Good exposure to JavaScript, Python, and/or Java coding.
• Exposure to the containerization concept, like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile/Rapid development processes.
• Familiarity with Cucumber.
