As a Senior Automation QA Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in our Quality Assurance team, ensuring high-quality delivery across applications through automation and best testing practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Selenium WebDriver. - Collaborating with development and QA teams to define test strategies, plans, and execution approaches. - Participating in functional, regression, and integration testing throughout the development lifecycle. - Contributing to the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines to support automation in continuous integration environments. - Analyzing test results, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. - Maintaining test documentation and actively participating in process improvements. - Mentoring junior QA team members and ensuring adherence to best practices. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in Automation Testing. - Proven experience with Robot Framework for Test Automation, Selenium WebDriver for UI Automation, and integration with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). - Strong knowledge of software testing principles, test design, and test execution techniques. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
