Senior Qlik Consultant

As a Senior Reporting Lead in the Data and Analytics team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on complex business challenges using data and technology. Your role will involve diving deep into data to extract value and identify opportunities in various industries such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Supply Chain, and Finance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Familiarity with UI/UX principles and experience applying them in design - Working in Agile environments and collaborating with Product Manager and Product Owner - Maintaining documentation for the platform and using project management tools like JIRA - Implementing security best practices for web applications and using package management tools - Coaching and mentoring junior engineers and working in cross-functional teams - Developing applications using QlikView and/or Qlik Sense, including dashboard creation and data modeling - Experience in ETL processes using Qlik load scripts and connectors - Integrating data from Oracle, Postgres, and Snowflake into Qlik applications - Proficiency in Qlik scripting for data manipulation and logic - Familiarity with Qlik APIs and developing custom extensions or mashups **Skills and attributes for success:** - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to explain technical options to non-technical stakeholders - Experience in highly regulated environments and with SQL **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in project management and Agile delivery - Hands-on experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense dashboard development and data modeling - Experience with ETL processes, Qlik scripting, and integrating data from multiple sources - Knowledge of security best practices and package management tools **Additional Details:** Ideally, you should also have experience working in cross-functional teams, coaching and mentoring junior engineers, familiarity with Qlik APIs, extensions, and mashups, and experience in other reporting applications like Power BI and Tableau.
