Roles and Responsibilities

Meeting with the software designers and developers to determine quality assurance parameters.
Designing QA test procedures.
Estimating testing efforts for complete duration of projects.
Drafting of testing documents.
Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process.
Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
Ensuring the successful deployment of applications
Responding to requests from the design, development team and management.
Managing client communication, sharing minutes, and driving the overall project through successful SIT, UAT and Go live phases.
Create, analyze, manage, and triage systems or software defects.
Understanding of backend computer system infrastructure and program design
Track, prioritize, assign, and report on defects and resolution status in JIRA Execute functional, regression and performance testing on newly developed SharePoint and Desktop applications.
Documented bugs and communicated testing issues to the team.
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Perform Security Testing.
Analyze and create Requirements
Responsible for testing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Worked in an Agile/Scrum Testing and Development environment.
