Lead and perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman/Swagger and validate system request/response flows.
Use browser Inspect/Dev Tools to analyze responses, logs, and debug issues effectively.
Identify, log, and track bugs through resolution using defect tracking tools.
Perform regression testing, sanity checks, and pre-release validations.
Ensure test coverage across functional, UI/UX, integration, and compatibility testing.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver on time.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to QA process improvements.

Required Skills & Attributes:-

3 to 5 years of proven experience in manual testing for web and mobile applications.
Strong hands-on experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, or similar tools).
Good understanding of system flows and ability to validate data integrity across modules.
Proficiency in using browser Inspect/Dev Tools for response analysis and debugging.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, test case design, and defect management.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English).
Analytical thinker with high attention to detail and structured approach.
Basic programming knowledge (preferred, not mandatory).

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Knowledge of automation basics or exposure to Selenium is a plus.
Understanding of web technologies and mobile platforms.
