Senior QA Automation Delivery Advisor

As a seasoned Test Automation Delivery Consultant at Qualitia Software Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading advisory and delivery initiatives for enterprise clients. Your strong background in Java-based automation, Qualitia, API/UI test strategy, and test optimization will enable you to serve as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, assisting organizations in enhancing software quality while reducing testing effort and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients for adopting and optimizing automation strategies. - Conduct tailored onboarding best practice workshops and automation health checks. - Recommend best-fit test frameworks, CI/CD strategies, test data approaches, and reusable solution playbooks. - Evaluate and improve client test strategies, frameworks, and test environments for ROI coverage and quality. - Drive test automation and delivery transformation using Qualitia and custom Java frameworks. - Design and implement efficient test suites across UI and API layers. - Support teams in integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. - Own test planning execution governance and impact-based reporting aligned with project objectives. - Identify and resolve current testing inefficiencies and limitations. - Deliver data-driven quality insights with a focus on minimizing defect leakage and effort duplication. - Align test activities with business risk timelines and feature criticality using risk-based test planning. - Enable automation ROI measurement, timeline reduction, and improved stakeholder trust in quality indicators. - Lead regular strategic check-ins with engineering QA and business stakeholders. - Deliver clear actionable reports with business-aligned KPIs. - Collaborate with product management, customer success, and engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap with customer feedback. **Qualifications:** - 9+ years of experience in QA automation delivery and consulting. - Strong hands-on automation experience in Java, Qualitia, and popular test frameworks. - Proficient in API automation and UI testing. - Good understanding of Salesforce internals. - Experience designing or advising test automation architecture for large-scale systems. - Strong exposure to DevOps/CI-CD tooling. - Excellent verbal, written, and executive communication skills. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and quality-driven delivery principles. **Technical Requirements:** - Java, Qualitia, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST, GraphQL, SOQL, Bulk APIs, ReactJS, AngularJS, Shadow DOM, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps You will also enjoy competitive salary, health insurance, and hybrid working benefits & rewards.,
