Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Python Developerto join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a passion for clean and scalable code, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications and systems, with exposure to AI and machine learning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Python applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications and systems.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services.
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, especially in AI and ML technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in deploying ML models to production.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a personal GitHub portfolio.
