Senior Proposal Manager - RFP Specialist

As a Senior Proposal Manager RFP Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and creating compelling responses to intricate RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Sales, Pre-sales, Technical, and Leadership teams to customize solutions and proposals that address the specific needs of clients in the US market. Your expertise and successful track record will directly contribute to enhancing our win rate and promoting business growth. You will be tasked with analyzing RFP/RFI/RFQ requirements and devising response strategies that align with client needs and organizational capabilities. Leading the end-to-end proposal development process, including content creation, editing, formatting, and final submission, will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with various teams to gather inputs and ensure that proposed solutions are in harmony with the client's requirements. Your responsibilities will also include drafting tailored proposals for projects in Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI/ML, Blockchain, and Gaming sectors. Managing proposal schedules, deadlines, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality proposals will be crucial. Additionally, maintaining a repository of templates, case studies, past proposals, and reusable content will be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in RFP/RFI/RFQ response writing and proposal management. A strong portfolio showcasing successful proposals for US-based clients, particularly in IT services, is required. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, along with a meticulous eye for detail and tone alignment, are essential. Experience in crafting proposals for projects related to Website/Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI, ML, Blockchain, and Gaming is preferred. The ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, concise, and compelling narratives is crucial for this role. Familiarity with proposal automation tools such as RFPIO and Loopio is considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field is also necessary for this position.
