Senior Project Manager / Program Manager

As a seasoned Senior Project Manager / Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex software development initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. - Serving as Scrum Master, driving Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery schedules. - Partnering with development, QA, product, and business teams to ensure the smooth delivery of user stories. - Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively. - Ensuring compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards. - Maintaining comprehensive project documentation including roadmaps, plans, meeting notes, and post-implementation reports. - Utilizing tools such as JIRA, TFS, and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation. - Preparing and delivering periodic project status reports and dashboards to leadership and external partners. To excel in this role, you should have: - 12+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments. - Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Strong working knowledge of Agile practices and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, TFS, and Confluence. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills with expertise in risk management and issue resolution. - Experience managing large-scale technology programs across distributed teams. Preferred qualifications include: - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. - PMP certification is an added advantage. - Experience working closely with both technical and business teams.
