Job Description

As a Senior Project Analyst at Sikich India, you will leverage your 5-7 years of expertise in Business Administration, Operations, and Internal Project Management to oversee end-to-end project management across Accounting, Finance, and other service areas. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams in India and the US, tracking project requirements, flagging risks, and resolving issues effectively. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert in the Invoicing process, lead new incubations, and ensure up-to-date client and staff information on the Project Management Portal. Key Responsibilities: - Timely manage tasks in Accounting, Finance, or other service areas. - Collaborate closely with teams to track and deliver requirements, flag risks, and resolve issues. - Assist in various project management activities, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. - Lead new incubations for Invoicing or firm admin processes. - Maintain updated client and staff information on the Project Management Portal. - Work with stakeholders to assign schedules and team resources for each deliverable. - Track project performance utilization and support in Process Quality Checks or Surveys. - Manage processes, update project plans, and follow up on action items to resolution. - Guide Team Associates and Analysts, supervising their deliverables as necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, or a Technical field. - Solid understanding of Operations Management and preferable to have Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2, etc.). - Willingness to learn, be proactive, and work independently or as part of a team. - Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and awareness of tools like Microsoft Client Engagement, Bill.com, QBO, Power BI, and Oracle Hub. - Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
