Senior Program Manager- OCI

As a part of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI Data Org, you will be contributing to addressing exciting challenges at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cutting-edge cloud infrastructure. The workplace is dynamic and flexible, fostering a sense of belonging and encouragement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own execution and program management of the AI Data Team from India - Collaborate with senior leaders, architects, product managers, and development teams to transform ideas into mature products - Develop cloud services and tools for various aspects of data-centric AI and machine learning lifecycle - Work on data ingestion, synthetic data generation, data labeling, data benchmarking, model training, and ML data infrastructure - Engage with both internal and external customers for processing machine learning data related to Vision, Language, Speech, and other AI capabilities **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - 8+ years of experience in a technical project or program management role - Understanding of SDLC and modern application development with web services - Strong written communication skills - Ability to think strategically and demonstrate analytical and leadership skills - Comfortable working with large amounts of data **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in software and/or hardware development - Leadership experience in cloud development projects - Familiarity with enterprise cloud solutions such as Azure, AWS, etc. At Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment where creativity, innovation, and empathy are valued.
