Qualifications: (those required to do this job effectively):
Education
B. Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or Data Science & Engineering.
12+ years of professional experience in the software engineering area. Prior work in Data field is mandatory.
Experience
Areas of Work:
Has prior people reporting and mentoring experience.
Has proven track record of generating value driven entrepreneurship outcome.
Intercultural awareness, empathy, active driver of diversification & inclusion
Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)
Present or past hands-on experience of developing data engineering and analytics solution on Azure.
Present or past hands-on experience of Python or Pyspark development knowledge is must.
Exposure to algorithm development is added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English Business Communication.
German Language skills will be an added advantage
