Position: Senior Production Supervisor
Location: Calicut
Industry: Food Industry
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Gender Preference: Male
Experience: Minimum 2 years in production supervision

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food production activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production schedules and allocate tasks to workers.
• Ensure product quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with the quality control and maintenance teams.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
• Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and raw materials.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and production processes.
• Willingness to work in shift-based roles.
