Senior Product Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (Procurement & Supply Chain)

As a Senior Product Specialist at SAP, you will be a part of the Cloud ERP PSCC Organization, supporting customers during their Implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud. Your role involves Customer Care, Support for Critical Customers after go-live through Customer Advocacy, Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenario build, Development and Maintenance of Tools to support Customers during software upgrades, and conducting Customer Lifecycle Experience tests including Functional tests for S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition for each release in alignment with S/4HANA Cloud Program Management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support Customers during Implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud - Provide Customer Care and Support for Critical Customers post go-live through Customer Advocacy - Build Two-Tier ERP Integration Scenarios - Develop and Maintain Tools to support Customers during software upgrades - Conduct Customer Lifecycle Experience tests including Functional tests for S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition for each release **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in supporting customers in the implementation of S/4HANA Public Cloud - Strong customer care and advocacy skills - Knowledge of ERP systems and integration scenarios - Proficiency in developing and maintaining tools for customer support - Ability to conduct functional tests and ensure customer satisfaction,
