Senior Product Manager - User Interface (UI)

As a Senior Product Manager at Index Engines, your main responsibility will be overseeing the User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) functions for the CyberSense platform. You will act as the Product Owner for the UI/UX scrum teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, dependencies, deliverables, and schedules with all stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as Product Owner for UI/UX scrum teams, managing backlog and driving execution. - Define and manage Epics and User Stories, collaborating with engineering on design and execution. - Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical feasibility. - Capture and validate feature requests from customers, OEMs, and technology partners. - Ensure a seamless and intuitive UI/UX experience following industry best practices. - Collaborate with Support and Compliance teams on product updates and customer communications. - Provide strategic and technical input to sales and marketing for clear messaging on UI/UX enhancements. - Stay updated on UI/UX trends, cybersecurity threats, and data protection frameworks for product positioning refinement. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). - 3+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, cyber resiliency, data protection, or enterprise storage. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development. - Basic understanding of tools like Figma, JIRA, Aha!, or equivalent. - Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and leading scrum teams. - Track record of launching and managing enterprise-grade software with a strong UI/UX focus. - Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.,
